Brain, Emotion, and Sleep in Teens Research Study

Many teens have problems sleeping. Sometimes sleep problems can also increase teens’ risk for developing emotional problems. The BEST research study is examining how sleep patterns affect brain systems related to emotional functioning.  You may qualify for the BEST study if you are 13-19 years-old and either a) have a parent or sibling with a bipolar disorder diagnosis or b) have parents/siblings with no mood disorder history.
